Energy Efficient Glass

Low-emissivity glass, or low-e glass, is a high-performance, energy-efficient glazing product designed to minimise heat transfer while maintaining optimal light transmission. It features a microscopically thin, transparent metallic coating that reflects infrared and ultraviolet (UV) radiation, significantly improving thermal insulation and reducing energy consumption in buildings.

Insulated glass is a high-performance building material known for its excellent thermal insulation, soundproofing, aesthetic appeal, and ability to reduce building weight. It is composed of two or more glass panes bonded together with a high-strength, high-airtightness composite adhesive, along with an aluminum spacer frame containing desiccant, creating an energy-efficient soundproof and thermal insulation glass unit. The main materials include glass, aluminum spacers, butyl sealant, silicone sealant, and desiccant.

Solar Control Glass is a high-performance glazing solution designed to reduce solar heat gain, enhance energy efficiency, and improve occupant comfort in buildings and vehicles. By selectively reflecting and absorbing infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) radiation while allowing visible light transmission, it helps lower cooling costs, minimize glare, and protect interiors from UV damage.

Vacuum glass is an advanced insulating glass technology that offers superior thermal insulation, soundproofing, and energy efficiency compared to traditional double-glazed or triple-glazed insulating glass. It consists of two or more glass panes separated by a vacuum layer (typically 0.1–0.3 mm), sealed around the edges with high-strength bonding materials, and supported by micro-spacers to withstand atmospheric pressure.
