Fireproof Glass

Laminated glass is a high-performance safety glass made by bonding two or more glass layers with a durable interlayer (typically PVB or EVA or SGP). When broken, the glass fragments adhere to the interlayer, preventing shattering and ensuring superior protection.

Flat tempered glass is a high-strength safety glass produced by heating annealed glass to approximately 700°C and then rapidly cooling it. This process creates compressive stress on the surface, enhancing its durability and impact resistance.

Curved tempered glass undergoes precise thermal bending and rapid quenching to combine safety with elegant curvature. The glass is heated to approximately 700°C, bent during the heating process to specified radii (500-3000mm), then tempered to achieve 4-5x the strength of annealed glass. This process meets EN 12150/GB 15763.2 standards while maintaining optical clarity.

Wired Glass is a specialized type of fire-resistant and security-enhanced glass that incorporates a metal wire mesh embedded within the glass during the manufacturing process. This design ensures that even when the glass breaks, the wire mesh holds the fragments together, preventing dangerous shattering and maintaining structural integrity.
Wired glass is widely used in architectural, industrial, and safety-critical applications due to its fire resistance, impact resistance, and anti-burglary properties.
